Get Your Legal Questions Answered This Summer!

The Small Business Legal Clinic will be offered free of charge to small business owners on Mondays & Fridays, July 9th through August 27th.

Kristina Reed, JD, is a local lawyer, teacher, and business counselor that will be available for one-on-one consultations with business owners seeking guidance or answers to legal questions. 30-minute meetings will take place via Microsoft Teams video conferencing.

Appointments Available Mondays & Fridays

MONDAYS: 8:30am to 5:00pm

FRIDAYS: 8:30am to 3:00pm

After you have reserved your appointment time, we will get in contact via email with preliminary documents that must be filled out to secure the meeting. Ms. Reed’s team will contact you with a link for the video call.

Kristina Reed focuses her practice on the areas of real estate and business transactions and estate planning. Kristina is known by her clients as a strategic business partner providing cost predictable legal services. She routinely forms various types of businesses, organizes joint ventures, and negotiates complex business deals, purchase and sales, and commercial leases. Kristina is also a trusted advisor for her clients’ estate planning needs. Kristina has served as a DRC Judge Pro Tem for the El Dorado County Superior Court, taught legal research at Alliant International University, and served as a Member of the Advisory Board at Heald College’s Paralegal Program. She currently works with business counseling clients at SCORE and is a member of Wealth Counsel. Kristina was named as Best of the Bar by the Sacramento Business Journal, has been a Top Attorney recognized by the Sacramento Magazine, and named to the Super Lawyer list every year since 2012. Kristina earned her J.D. from McGeorge School of Law in 2000 and her B.S. from Christopher Newport University in 1995. Kristina is admitted to practice law in California and Virginia.
