Managing burnout, imposter syndrome, and overwhelm are crucial to thriving as an entrepreneur, and for your mental health. Preparing for Harvest is a free 8-part workshop that will help you cultivate mental wellness and have a fruitful year.

You don’t need to pour from an empty cup. Join Self Love coach Asia Hilario for a free eight-part series, designed to provide entrepreneurs with the tools to manage their mental health and prepare for a fruitful 2022.

Through counseling, modules, worksheets, and group learning, you will reframe your identity as an entrepreneur and learn strategies to:

About the Instructor:
