Start Up Generator To Success


WBC’s start up generator is a 16 weeks cohort-based accelerator program.

The program is specifically for aspiring entrepreneurs to early stage entrepreneurs. With a direct target to underserved communities and women owned businesses. The participates will learn how to turn an idea into a viable venture. They will receive training specific to startups including but not limited to startup business strategy, understanding of the startup ecosystem, business model canvas, pitch deck development and the ability to properly position their business financial projections so that they are able to apply for small business loans. The course will have deliverables of a business model canvas, pitch deck, and accurate financial projections

This program will offer comprehensive training in the area of startup. There will be a material fee of $100.00 which will include a startup guide/workbook, a professional development assessment (4-animals), and a 22 detailed report which is generated from the assessment.

Ms. Palumbo is a business professional with more than 25 years’ experience, 17 as an Empowered Entrepreneur. She is a creative leader, with in depth knowledge and experience applying strategic business management, development of small business initiatives, and progressive leadership. Ms. Palumbo is an effective communicator with an innate ability to engage and hold the attention of those she trains and teaches. She owns several businesses and she successfully grew her core business into multiple states. She is a social entrepreneur and has been serving the homeless community for more than 16 years. Ms. Palumbo is a recent author and publisher. Her book Entrepreneurship Empowered; A New Millennium Business Guide from Startup To Succession, was released nationally February 2019. In May 2019 she released her Companion Workbook for Entrepreneurship Empowered. In August she released IMPACT! Social Entrepreneurship and The Lasting Legacy. All of her books are available nationwide. In addition to being an Empowered Entrepreneur, Ms. Palumbo is a Business Adjunct Professor with multiple colleges in the Sacramento and Greater Sacramento Region. She also serves as Secretary/Treasurer and is on the Board of USNRG, INC. a nonprofit that specializes in Energy and Healthy Home Inspections. She earned her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts degrees from California State University, Sacramento.
