3 Tools for De-Stressing and Optimizing Wellness


End the work-week and indulge in this mini ‘Office-Spa’ experience, as we explore simple yet effective tools for de-stressing at the office. Breathe, move, stretch and unwind to the soothing effects of essential oils, and glide into the weekend with a greater sense of ease and wellbeing. In this session, we will cover simple movements that can be done seated and standing, while dressed in work clothes.

Bio:

Kat has been practicing yoga since 1996, and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She offers private and group lessons by appointment and teaches public yoga classes at the Yoga Shala Arden Studio in Sacramento. Through the California College of Ayurveda, she is a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Ayurvedic Body Therapist, as well as a Certified Massage Therapist with the California Massage Therapy Council.
