We are excited to invite you to the 2022 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Summit. This in-person event will be held in Southern California, at SoFi Stadium. Caltrans and Partnering Agencies will provide information to public works subcontractors, contractors, suppliers, and consultants who are eligible to become or are currently certified as Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. Caltrans is committed to equity and the promotion of DBE participation and utilization in contracts. Attendees will gain insight into the Caltrans contracting process and help identify barriers to DBE engagement.
