Jessica is the founder/owner of Jessica Singh Consulting, based in Sacramento, California.  Jessica is an experienced management consultant with more than 24 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, organizational design, communications, project and program management, grant strategy and administration, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.  Jessica is a subject matter expert in the energy and utilities industry and has supported clients in the energy efficiency, generation and transmission, electric vehicles, and electric marine industries.  She has worked with several clients to pursue State and Federal funding opportunities.  Her experience includes grant identification, outreach and introductions to funding agencies, strategic partnership identification and proposal development.  Jessica has also provided grant administration support for clients, including project management and communications and reporting services.
