Intermediate Excel For Small Business Applications
This is the second in a series of workshops where you will learn to apply the power of Microsoft Excel to improve your small business operations. In this follow-on workshop, you discover Excel features that can help you track and manage day-to-day operations of your small business.
What you will learn:

- How to apply the ideas you learned in the first workshop and save time running your business
- Advanced navigation techniques – quickly move data, add rows and columns
- Make your spreadsheets a more readable with advanced formatting
- Track with marketing and sales efforts with data filtering and analysis tools
- Use mail-merge features to:
- Send marketing and sales material to customers BASED ON THEIR INTERESTS
- Create and send purchase orders to suppliers
- Create and send invoices to customers
- Create “at-a-glance” graphs to track: sales, customer engagement, cash flow
