Meet the Prime
The HSR Small Business Program along with Construction Package (CP) 2-3 Design Build Prime Contractor Dragados Flatiron Joint Venture (DFJV) will host a “Meet the Prime” event on March 24, 2021 10:00 AM – 12:00PM.
DFJV is looking for certified Small Businesses (SB), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE)participation for the following types of work:
• DBE/DVBE General contractors with structure/bridge building experience.
• Form and falsework construction (supply lumber and build to specifications).
• Asphalt paving contractors (to include both roadway and HMA curbing/dike).
• Grounding/bonding, lightning protection, industrial electrical C-10 Contractors.
The Workshop will cover:
• Small Business requirements
• Qualifications for bidding
• Compliance
• Preparation for work on the project
NOTE: Interested firms should prepare company introductory information which includes the firm’s current license and certification status, and their area of interest. This information will allow DFJV to evaluate and make proper introductions to DFJV construction procurement teams.
