California’s Voluntary Compliance Program: Need to Know

California’s Unclaimed Property Law requires holders of unclaimed property to file a report with the State Controller’s Office (SCO) on an annual basis. In this presentation, attendees who have determined to have unreported unclaimed property in their books and records can get information about California’s new Voluntary Compliance Program.
