SBA’s Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) and Capabilities Statements

This webinar will cover two very important aspects of government contracting: DSBS and Capability Statements.

Learn about SBA’s Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS). This the SBA ‘sister’ site to SAM.gov. This is where Contracting Officers (KO’s) go to find businesses like you. They can search by many parameters and set asides (minority, women-owned, veteran, HUBZone, 8a+). Did you know if the purchase is under $10,0000 they can call and negotiate a price with you directly? If the procurement is under $25,000 they only need three bidders. But, when your information comes over from SAM.gov it is missing four key things: Capability Narrative, Keywords, Past Performance, and your Capability Statement. You must register and sign in to enter these yourself. We’ll teach you all of this in the webinar.
