When: Every Wednesday  for 5 weeks from 10:00 am – 11:00 am starting Wednesday, August 6th

– Learn about the various opportunities available to launch, sustain, and expand your small business.

Ashley is a financial wellness leader & advocate.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Ashley Bowlin has built a career rooted in leadership, financial education, and community impact. Most recently serving as a Bank Manager at BMO, she has developed and led high-performing teams, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.

Currently, Ashley is a Financial Wellness Coordinator, where she empowers individuals and businesses to achieve financial security through education and personalized guidance. Passionate about financial literacy, she helps clients navigate their financial journeys, equipping them with the tools to build wealth and stability.

Beyond her professional role, Ashley is a dedicated advocate for women in leadership. She serves as Co-Chair of the Alliance for Women, where she supports initiatives that uplift and advance women in the financial sector. Her influence extends to BMO’s 2024 Senate Alumni, where she has played a key role in shaping strategies that drive efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

Ashley’s commitment to excellence, mentorship, and financial empowerment continues to make a lasting impact, both within BMO and the communities she serves.
