The California Capital APEX Accelerator helps established businesses prepare for, pursue, and perform on contracts with all levels of government and public agencies. Our no-cost services include one-on-one counseling, training events on beginning and advanced topics, and bid matching.  We provide services to businesses whose primary offices are in the following counties: Butte, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn, Lake, Lassen, Modoc, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, Sierra, Sutter, Tehama, Yolo, and Yuba.
