California Capital was established as an SBA Women’s Center in October 2012.  We are committed to helping entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses through educational workshops, one-on-one assistance, online learning, and connection with local resources.

PTAC

Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTACs) serve as a resource for businesses pursuing and performing under government contracts, including contracts with the Department of Defense, other federal agencies, state and local governments and with government prime contractors.

Research and Data

With over 30 years of experience working in underserved communities as a CDFI, Women’s Business Center, small-business lender and research and data center,  California Capital has developed solid research tools and methods to conduct strategic and environmental assessments of target areas.
