Business owners and managers attending this session will be provided with access to free and powerful open source software from a variety of companies and sources that will allow them to create websites, write text documents, develop spreadsheets, edit images, and create brochures and presentations safely and legally using the same free and open source software currently used by thousands of U.S. Schools and Government Agencies. Attendees will also be provided with free access to a series of online WordPress web development courses that are normally limited to access by Mobius Network paid clients.

Welcome to the aPHR Certification orientation and course. We are excited to provide you with a roadmap on learning many aspects of human resources, understanding the complexities of human resources and the best approach to handle most human resource issues and challenges for your companies.
The orientation for the program will take place on Friday September 27th from 2:00 pm- 3:30 pm. This orientation will provide you with all of the information you will need to make an informed decision about taking the 7 week course.
By learning with your peers in a study group setting during this 7-week course, every Monday night beginning October 7th, 2019 from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm., in addition to your independent study, it will prepare you to sit for the aPHR exam.

The instructor will guide participants through the features and functions of the FBO.gov website and provide insight as to how to find opportunities within the federal government procurement space. On July 17, 2019 California Capital PTAC will offer a hands-on USAspending.gov workshop where the instructor will guide the participants through the functions and features of the USAspending.gov website and provide insight as to how to conduct market research on federal spending data that is specific to their business.
USAspending.gov is the official source for spending data for the U.S. Government. Its mission is to show the American public what the federal government spends every year and how it spends the money. You can follow the money from the Congressional appropriations to the federal agencies and down to local communities and businesses.
