The Sounding Board is the ideal format for getting feedback on your ideas and guidance on your next steps.

It’s a small group session where you’ll get a chance to discuss your challenges and opportunities with an experienced Counselor and other small business owners/entrepreneurs. We’ll work together to brainstorm actions you can take to move forward productively.

Who should attend? Individuals in the process of starting a business and current small business owners are welcome to attend and discuss any non-confidential issues.

What will I learn? You’ll get answers to your specific questions and probably answers to additional questions you hadn’t even thought of. You’ll come away with actions you can take to develop your idea or overcome your challenge.

LLCs: What to do After Filing the Articles Mr. Roth will share his thirty years of experience as a tax and business advisor in how to properly form and maintain LLCs and S corporations. Some areas to be covered:
